Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Club Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of one of our sports clubs. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving financial targets, enhancing member satisfaction, and driving sustainable membership growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in managing club operations, leading large teams, and overseeing financial performance while delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all club departments, including Sports Activities, Facilities, Security, and Member Services.
  • Manage the club's full Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership growth, retention, and overall member satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Deputy Managers and department heads to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all club operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, corporate management, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and performance objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct manager.

    • Qualifications & Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing a full Profit & Loss (P&L).
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Excellent business acumen with strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Experience

    • 10–15 years of progressive experience in club management, hospitality, or a related service industry.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
