Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Membership Specialist to drive membership sales and revenue growth for Karma Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete membership sales cycle, from lead generation and member consultations to closing sales and coordinating installment applications. Working closely with the Marketing, Contact Center, and Club Operations teams, the Membership Specialist will deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving membership sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell club memberships through walk-in inquiries, referrals, social media leads, and Contact Center-generated leads.
- Conduct consultations with prospective members, presenting the club's facilities, sports programs, membership packages, and exclusive benefits.
- Follow up with prospective members to maximize lead conversion and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members by delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
- Process membership applications, contracts, and registration documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate installment applications with approved financing providers, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Guide members through the installment approval process and provide continuous follow-up until completion.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and lead status within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Contact Center teams to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
- Participate in club events, promotional campaigns, open days, and community activities to generate new membership opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, lead conversion reports, and sales pipeline updates for the Club Manager.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in membership sales, club sales, fitness centers, sports clubs, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in sports clubs, health clubs, country clubs, or recreational facilities is highly preferred.
